Operation of fiber or wire ropes

We are experts and ultra-specialists in mobile systems and fixed structures requiring the use of fiber or wire ropes.

We've been supporting our customers for over 50 years, 30 of them focused on rope and rope systems. We offer them a wide range of services: Engineering & Consulting; Manufacturing; On-site interventions; Training.

Engineering and Consulting

The company's core business, we support our customers :

Conceptual Design:

We accompany some of our customers well upstream in the design process.

Calculation and Simulation:

Use of numerical tools to define loads (simulation) and calculations to verify part sizing.

Risk assessment analysis:

We developed our own methodology back in 1993. It's a living tool based on a dterministic FMEA-type approach, which we improve as we receive feedback.

Detailed design:

Technical files to enable production.

Expertise:

We provide expert assistance upstream of a project (consultancy) or following an accident on behalf of the courts or insurance companies.

DEP MACHINES
We have developed, we produce with the support of our partners and commercialize specific equipments:
Test benches for measuring rope characteristics
Rope NDT inspection systems
Lift parachutes
Lift overspeed governor

MANUFACTURING TO CUSTOMER SPECIFICATIONS
We can, with the support of our partners, produce parts for some of our customers according to their or our drawings when these are specific and complex. We are thus qualified by Disneyland Paris for the supply of high-criticality parts.

Training

We owe a great deal to our predecessors, and we are committed to preserving and disseminating this heritage as far as possible to our successors. For example, we offer a rope training module covering everything from the history of rope to the design and use of rope systems. We can also adapt to the specific needs of our customers.
